Following an accident, it's your legal right to have your car repaired anywhere of your choice. If you contact your insurance company, they may try to get the repairs done at the lowest possible price without caring as much about the quality of the repair as you do. Your insurers 'recommended repairer' may not have manufacturer approvals and they may not use genuine parts like we do at K J Rule Cornwall.

All Insurers have an obligation governed by the FCA to ‘Treat customers fairly’, you do not need to use your insurance company's favoured establishment and you do not need two estimates.

Your right to choose who repairs your vehicle was also confirmed by a directive from the Office of Fair Trading issued in 1993.

Accident Assistance

In the unfortunate event that you are involved in an accident in your vehicle, just one phone call to KJ Rule and we will take care of the rest. We can recover your vehicle to our Cornwall repair facility, you will receive a complimentary replacement vehicle for the duration of the repairs or a like for like for non-fault cases, and have our expert technicians repair your vehicle back to its original standard, using only manufacturer parts and materials.
